Shipping - Orders are shipped either Priority Mail or First Class through the USPS.
Rates are as follows:
.01-15.00 shipping is $2.50 via First Class Mail
15.01-99.99 shipping is $5.50 via Priority Mail
100.00-199.99 shipping is $8.50 via Priority Mail
All orders over $200 receive free shipping via Priority Mail.
Insurance is available on all orders at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages once they leave our studio.
All orders ship out within 5 business days (unless otherwise stated in the description).
Privacy Policy - iza bella does not share any information you provide to us to any parties (public or private). If you do not want to be added to our mailing list, you must specify when completing your transaction. Otherwise, iza bella reserves the right to send you correspondence (newsletters) by email. Return Policy - If there is a problem with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to correct the situation and ensure that you are 100% satisfied. You must contact us within 7 days from the date of your purchase so that we may discuss your individual situation. Any refunds issued will be done through store credit.
